Citrus Twist Kits - June Cypress Scrapbook Kit

Hi lovelies!

Happy Midsummer everyone! Hope you are doing well wherever you are today.

Here in Sweden we are celebrating the Midsummer Eve today. I think thats a pretty Swedish or at least a Scandinavian tradition.

Though I've been playing with my CTK June Kits today and here's what I came up with, a winter page, LOL!

I had the perfect photo for the "journey-paper", in the Main Cypress Kit, taken this winter when we had a trip with our snowmobile up in the Swedish Mountains.

So therefore I bring you a winter page in the middle of the summer :)

Here we go..

For this layout I've challenged myself to use a patterned paper for my background, pretty scary for a "white-background" girl like me :) 

To soften it up I've used some white gesso and some color mist's before I mounted my layers and elements of paper and embellishment's.

CTK - Product Highlight - Pom Pom Trim

Citrus Twist Kits - June - Thankful

Hi dear friends!
Happy Wednesday everyone and I hope you're doing great where you are today.
Yesterday did the summer vacation official start here for our kids, awesome!
Hopefully we'll have a lovely summer with lots of sun and happiness.

Anyway, today I'll bring you another page made with the lovely June CTK Kits.
I've used Main Cypress Scrapbook Kit the Pattern Paper Play Kit and Embellishment Kit.
I've also used one of the beautiful CTK digital Cut Files, Cherry Blossom designed by the talented Nathalie.

Well, here we go :)

I've used this photo before but I couldn't resist to scrap it once again. I'ts a photo of our little Astrid and her lovely Pre School Class Teacher. Astrid graduated from Pre School Class yesterday so it's all the feelings right now about this page. Her teacher is the most wonderful person and she's amazing with the kids. Well I'm sure Astrid's new teacher will be great as well. 

I just don't like goodbye's...

Citrus Twist Kits - June - 3-to-Inspire 6/2

Hi sweet friends!

Hope everything is doing good where you are today!

And I hope you will have some time to create as well. If so I can highly recomend you to take a look on the CTK challenges, I love them :) You'll find them all on the CTK blog.

Today I'll share my take on Nathalies 3-to-Inspire from 6/2, you'll love it that's for sure.

Here are the three promps:

- Use a limited color palette

- Add stitching (either hand, machine or faux stitching) to your project
- Use digital elements (cut files, cut apart sheets, etc)

And here's my take on the challenge using CTK June Cypress Scrapbook kit the Embellishment kit and digitals as June Journaling cards and June Free Cut aparts.

Citrus Twist Kits - June Cypress Scrapbook Kit - Wild Today

Hi dear friends!

I'm so excited to be able to share my very first project, made with the fabulous June Cypress Scrapbook Kit, with you today.

As usual the kit is magnificent and I think to myself every month that this has to be the best kit but yet, next month Trina has improved herself again, LOL!

Well, anyway here's my first page and I have challenged myself to use one of the gorgeous patterned papers from the kit as my background instead of my ordinary white cardstock.

Shock horrror! I know, I'm such a brave and adventurous girl (not!) LOL!
